After visiting Governor’s and PBB island, we proceeded to Marcos Island!
The bonus part of indulging into the beauty of Hundred island is another activity that will make your heart pump!

Part of the protected Hundred Island National park is the Marcos Island. Among the 123 Island/ islets, Marcos Island is one of the most remarkable due to the unique experience you will have here, Cliff Diving!

With our nice and friendly group in the entire Hundred Island and Bolinao Tour Package.

Upon arriving in this island, the water and sand in the shore are so inviting. Water is so clear. While waiting for our snorkeling gadgets, we savor the cold water and immerse under the piece or a rocky formation.

Actually, Marcos island is where I enjoyed the most. Relax mode with less direct sunlight under the tunnel. This photo is a view from under a rock formation while immersing into a cold clear water of Marcos Island.

The cold water soothes  my tired muscles from trekking to Governor's Island 123 staircase to the viewing deck. We stayed here for about 30 minutes while appreciating the beauty of blueish sky reflecting into the face of the water.

Though the the sand is not as white like what you see in Boracay, water is crystal clear.

This is the view along the way to the Imelda's cave jumping point.

Cave opening from the top with wooden stair handle to keep you safe going down few steps to jumping point

After a while my friends then decided to give it a try, Cliff Diving! Going up above the cave to the point the jump will be done at the height of 12 feet above and 8 meters deep water.

Please observe the  NO LIFE VEST, NO JUMP Policy. By the way, this cave is named after Imelda Marcos (Imelda cave).

Tip: Do not bring valuables up to the cave as there is no place you can leave your things there plus the fact that there is only one way out from the cave when you jumped in and you cannot go back to the stairs where you jump from.

Here is the video of my fearless best friend when she did the Cliff Diving:

One of the most popular island in Hundred Island is the Governors Island! Popularized by PBB or pinoy Big Brother TV Series.

On my previous blog post, I've shared the things you need to know on How to get to Hundred Island from Manila, Sample Itinerary in Hundred Island and Bolinao Tour, Most reliable, affordable and worth Travel Agency, Most affordable Hundred Island and Bolinao Travel Package.

Through the leading of MK compass Travel and Tours, upon arrival to Alaminos, Pangasinan, we then headed to the Alaminos Port and start Island Hopping!

Governors Island, Hundred Island Pangasinan
First Stop, Governors Island! This island has a lot of things to offer to its guests. To give you a summary of how wonderful hundred Island is? First stop must be to hike 123 steps staircase to the vie deck of Governors Island. Might be hard for lazy climbers like me, but i swear! This is something really worth! See the majestic panoramic view of Hundred Island from the top of Governors Island!
The view deck is built for the tourists for picture taking with  breath taking view of Hundred Island. Here is a sample shot we got from the view deck of Governors Island. Two tips for you to have a picture perfect shot of it. One, run fast up to the view deck (Please be very careful) so you and your group will be the first to reach the spot without photo bomber OR two, line into the groups of tourist who wants to have a picture of the view until no photo bombers left! Viola!

Here is the photo of boats from the stairs going up to the view deck.

Second stop! PBB island (Pinoy Big Brother)! This just beside the Governors Island. This is where the PBB teens batch 2006 (Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson’s batch) temporarily resided. I don’t have the actual Photo of PBB house but here is the glimpse of the floating bridge connecting Governor’s island and PBB island. It is said that PBB House is for rent for those who would like to stay in the Island overnight. P 10,000 per night. You can also stay here for P 1,500 - P 2,000 if you want you rent their regular huts or prefer to pitch a tent for
P 200. But in our case, since we availed a package from MK compass Travel and Tours, no need for us to worry about accommodation as it was covered by the tour package we got.

Zip line Activity is also available in Governor's island which cost P 250 each ride where you can see the breath taking view of Hundred Island. It is a 546 meter long Zip line connecting governor's Island and Virgin island.

Things to do and must see in Hundred Island!

Hundred Island is situated in Barangay Lucap in Alaminos Pangasinan which is one of the tourist destination in North compose of 123+ islets. Obviously the reason why it is called Hundred Island.

Traveling from Bolinao to Alaminos will take us 40 minutes drive.
Each of the featured islet or island here has different characteristics that will contribute to your memorable experience upon visiting Hundred Island. This wonderful tourist destination is truly blessed with the diverse ecosystem, rich marine community, unique sea creatures, giant clams and extinct fishes. The breath taking beauty of Hundred Island is never ending and continuously amazing anyone that visited the place.

To better appreciate Pangasinan, I and my team explored Hundred Island in Alaminos. We were rejuvenate by the fresh air and mesmerized by the beauty of islands and islets in Hundred Island namely, Marcos Island, PBB Island, Governor’s Island, Cuenco Island, Bat Island and lots of them to see. Welcoming us from a long trip is 125 steps up to the view deck of Governors Island which is worth a climb to enjoy a panoramic view and take the best photo to document. Followed by a walk to floating bridge in PBB Island. Well a really new fun and thrilling experience we had in Marcos Island which will make this island so remarkable! 10 feet dive to the cave! Extreme for a non adventurous buddy! We then passed by to Bat Island and proceeded to Cuenco Island.
